Peter in Florence is a London Dry Gin produced entirely in Tuscany, created to tell the story of Florence through its botanicals, its aromas, and its tradition.

Distillation takes place using a Carter Head still, faithfully reproduced according to the original 1831 design, which allows for the preservation of the delicacy and aromatic complexity of the botanicals.

The result is an elegant and harmonious gin, built around 14 botanicals. The protagonists are iris, a symbol of Florence and its elegance, and juniper, which is deeply connected to the landscape of the Tuscan hills.

14 botanicals, a single Tuscan soul

A balance of floral, citrus, and spicy notes.

Peter in Florence is born from the meeting of 14 selected botanicals, each capable of contributing to its aromatic complexity.

At the heart of the recipe, we find iris root and petals, together with juniper. Around them, floral notes of lavender and rosemary intertwine with the freshness of lemon and bergamot, while spices, roots, and seeds add depth and character.

A GIN BORN IN TUSCANY

Tasting Notes

Nose - On the nose, floral notes of iris, lavender, and rosemary emerge immediately, accompanied by the aromatic quality of cardamom.

Bergamot, lemon, and coriander provide freshness and brightness, while juniper accompanies the entire aromatic profile with its distinctive character.

Palate - On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, with a surprisingly delicate perception of alcohol despite its 43% ABV.

Juniper opens the tasting, progressively giving way to floral notes, with iris root at the forefront. Bergamot and lemon add freshness, while grains of paradise and cassia complete the sip with a delicate spiciness.

Finish - Long, aromatic, and persistent.

In the finish, juniper returns, accompanied by light floral and spicy nuances that naturally invite another sip.

The perfect serve

Lemon peel, a sprig of rosemary, or a few juniper berries.
