You will be able to discover and touch the botanicals, enter the distillery, learn how our still works, and taste Peter in Florence gins, guided through aromas, scents, and different combinations.
From the iris root, a symbol of Florence, to the juniper of the Tuscan hills, every element tells the story of the deep bond between our gin and the territory where it is born.
The art of distillation
Tradition from 1831, contemporary technology.
Peter in Florence uses a process that combines liquid infusion and vapor infusion.
During distillation, the vapors pass through the chamber containing the botanicals, delicately extracting their aromas and essential oils without subjecting them to direct boiling.
Once condensed, the distillate is carefully selected, retaining only the heart, the purest and highest-quality part.
This is followed by blending with purified water and finally bottling: each bottle is filled, corked, and labeled by hand.
It is this process that allows Peter in Florence to transform the botanicals of Tuscany into a gin capable of telling the story of Florence through its scents, flavors, and territory.
