Each session will last 4 hours and includes:
- A walk through the Pruneti "Iris" Iris cultivation with panoramic views of the Chianti Classico hills.
- A fun and interactive conversation by Pruneti experts on the history of Iris and its cultivation technique and the different olive cultivars.
- Guided tasting of Pruneti's monocultivar extra virgin olive oils: Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio.
- Light Lunch in the Iris fields:
- Cold spelt, with gourmet specialties from the Extra Gallery "Made with Pruneti" oil collection and Monocultivar Pruneti Frantoio oil.
- Chicken salad with Pruneti Monocultivar Leccino oil.
- Schiacciata with Pruneti Equilibrato Dop Chianti Classico oil.
- Chocolate cake with Pruneti Monocultivar Moraiolo oil.
- Water and Pruneti Iris beer.
- The final part of the tour concludes with a visit to the Frantoi Pruneti + shopping area.
